Summer Jobs Program Expands to Include School Year Training

City Connect Detroit has raised $500,000 to begin preparing Detroit youth for summer jobs while they are still in school. Funding support for the program comes from a $250,000 grant by Wayne Metro Community Action Agency and a $250,000 matching donation by Mrs. Majorie S. Fisher. Continue reading
