Philip Yarbrough is City Connect Detroit’s go-to guy! Coming to the organization in 2004, he has been indispensible ever since in his role as Supply and Maintenance Assistant. On a daily basis Phil wears many hats that entail a myriad of responsibilities which include running errands, making deliveries, maintaining the appearance of City Connect Detroit’s office, and preparing and setting up for meetings and events.
Phil has known Geneva J. Williams for quite some time and before joining the City Connect Detroit team, worked with her in other capacities. Before working at City Connect Detroit, he worked as a captain waiter at the Detroit Club. Phil currently also works with Fellowship Chapel and Opus One.
A native Detroiter, Phil loves that there is always something to look forward to in the changing of the seasons in Michigan. As a sports fan that also means a year full of teams to root for as well. Phil loves being outdoors when the weather is warm, especially going to Belle Isle and enjoying the swan boats and picnic areas with his son, “little man.”
